1. As a guest, you are allowed to use all the amenities at Emerald Island Resort, including the clubhouse, exercise equipment, Tiki bar, community pools, volleyball, basketball & tennis courts and playgrounds.
2. The garage has been converted to a game room so vehicles must be parked in the driveway or on the street. If you park in the driveway do not park on the grass and try to avoid blocking the sidewalk. If you park on the street, park on the odd side of the street
